Our Story

Debra Lill, a known book cover artist and founder of the Lill Reading Room, has created compelling images for some of the most popular authors throughout the world. If you’ve ever read the works of Grisham, Patterson, Neil Gaiman, Ian McEwan, Elin Hilderbrand, among others, you may already have her artwork in your home…on your book shelf!

A few years ago, Debra decided to open a small vintage shop connected to her book cover studio located in Northwest Connecticut. The shop has been a great success and is now expanding to include an online store filled with literary-themed gifts perfect for booklovers. Choose from a carefully curated selection of charming mugs and blank journals to stylish totes and cozy pillows. We’re just getting started, so stay tuned as we add new items each week.
